I dunno but it’s not just IQ based, it’s attention whoring. It’s mostly in IDC you’ll see “unfunny fabulous person” shouted 50 times. Ok, it’s trolling, but up to a point it get old, stale and they just do it because they want to be the only ones talking. They even use it when no one is trying to be funny.
