It’s freaky because it’s really not something movies have desensitized me toward. Depending on one’s personal squicks, I guess this could be boring or horrifying.
Edit: To add to this explanation, I do not like bugs. I do not like having bugs on me, especially the creepy ones that are WAY TOO BIG like centipedes. This guy is shoving a centipede inside him.
