She could get away with it a few times probably before the klan booted her, once might be called an accident or I wasn’t ready/got a phone call/whatever. Without specific invites it might be a free for all to sign up.

If you don’t trust your klan mates NOT to join and pointlessly take up a spot I would not keep them in the Klan, and that’s what I suggest you do.
