Domination is always a good place to encourage bumhurt. The ways to **** off people in dom are too high to count, but the stall is one of my personal favorites. Pbumive aggressive anonymous posting is a good technique.

Another fantastic bumhurt arena is flamebate. If your target ignores being trolled from within an existing thread, take a more direct approach and create a thread calling them out. They will either be forced to respond or mocked endlessly.
