My deal is that I have a really hard time even getting sleepy. I am usually fatigued as all hell but never sleepy I just lay in bed awake for hours. What tops it off is a general desire not to sleep as I have vivid dreams when I do, and quite uncomfortable ones.

I am similar without the dreams. I rarely dream. Not being able to fall asleep sucks because I quite enjoy sleeping.
