Actually, the auction house seems to be reflecting an interesting thing right now. Near zero demand for anything that isn’t a top item or a joke item. The joke items are artificial demand created by the system. Folks can toss that stuff into the auction house, but aside from those doing it to launder or as part of a shared joke, they aren’t managing to really sell them. In effect, long term, the fact that putting these items on will produce a loss for the auctioner will see them not show up.

I went through on an alt and tossed bids out on some twenty items this morning which were going for less than they sell for in the Ppwn shop. I mean, why not.
