Yes. He has the potential to file a lawsuit against CZ, as he had invested money into the site for certain perks and was banned from the website no longer being able to enjoy the commodities he had purchased. This can be considered a form of robbery, and as Fail4 may not have yet received reparations courtesy of CZ, he has the grounds to file a lawsuit.
