If you want to do Cosplay and Fetish without consumables at level 35 you will need about 15,000 ego. You might still need to use a couple healers on Fetish if it gets a long string of hits in.

Luck or Upkeep are fine choices for leftover points, although I would simply let them roll into my next level for more offense. It is quite easy to add luck and frugality via .moar files.

healing loops dont work if the forum hits every time
