Personally, here’s how I think ItemBuildr should work:

Every week, a certain number of items are supposed to be added to the economy. At the end of the week, the items with the most votes are added to the economy. You can pick your own stats but the stats are invisible to everyone else (to prevent voting what has the best stats). The price for an item is automatically generated based on what the stats are.
