There can be moderators for forumbuildr to eliminate theme breakers,

Consider this: INCIT has 5 minute rounds, but you have an entire week to getyour submissions voted (obviously including Next week’s Forum). In virtually every case I have seen, the winning forum for next week was submitted before Tuesday, requiring AT LEAST 5 days to get enough votes to win.

As unfortunate as it is, now that CZ went through all that work to make it automatic, I feel it would be helpful for forumbuildr to have moderators, and the themes would give a little more structure to Forumbuildr, so it doesn’t go to hell like some other competitive, vote based, user-created, automated aspect of forumwarz that will remain nameless.
