You buy them. Everyone has the capability of buying them. You may have to ask a friend/collegue/parent to use their credit card, but it’s 3 dollars for an alt. No exceptions.

This game didn’t just come out of thin air and land on ET’s pillow one morning. There’s development and server cost.
