Cosplay Central/Society For Creative Historical Revisionism is your best bet.

 

I started grinding Cosplay Central a few weeks ago, and I never seem to get piece 6 and 10 there.

So I pwned SCHR for a week, and got the 2 missing pieces. Extracted the file yesterday, btw.
