unless they want to give you kind words, a new avatars, or a title, friending them ain’t going to do any good.

actually you can do all that stuff without friending, but what you gotta do is add them as a friend by clicking that bumon in the upper right hand corner of their profile and/or accepting their request for friendship under the character>profile>friends tab
