Easy enough to explain. You find the people who get the most uppity over somethin’, as in people ****in’ about 7VD. There you have a bumhurt ****. Male or female doesn’t matter…bumhurt always makes one a ****. Then you find the top ten most bumhurt ****es and rank them in order.
