Where I work, I deal with some pretty intelligent people, but these people just don’t seem to understand computers or printers. Sometimes they will call in urgent work orders…I go out there, and it’s usually:
a) something isn’t plugged in. Ethernet, power, etc. b) something really obvious, like a paper jam.
