Hey guys. Some of you might remember me a few months ago asking about what to do about a hard drive full of content that I needed to hide because I wasn’t about to destroy five years’ worth of my life.

Well, I’m back.

Recapping my situation, I’m a felon, and now registered as a lifetime sex offender with a PVM required every three months for the rest of my life. The reason, you may wonder? A girl under 18 flirted with me, lied about her age, and we did stuff. Long story short from here: Her parents found out, confronted her, she denied it, they pressed charges on me. Not to mention all I did was finger her. No sex was involved.

Here’s my dilemma: I’m required to pay a ****ton of money that I simply cannot afford. That’s the bottom line. I. Cannot. Pay. But no one seems to understand that it’s not a refusal, it’s total inability.

My charges are: $450 in court fees, $250 in Public Defender fees, $150 Victim’s Compensation (Who’s the ****ing victim here? I should be getting that money!) and $50 a week for therapy sessions. All of which cannot be based on a sliding pay scale. It’s set in stone.

I have an apartment and bills to pay. Not only has this lying skank destroyed my life, I’m viewed solely responsible because I was a few months turned 18, and the court system here simply doesn’t care or to see logic.

Should I just go to prison and serve the time, or live my life in debt? I don’t know how to pay for all these bills, I had a hard enough time finding one job, and they tell me to either find another or get a credit card and destroy my perfect credit at a young age.

Any help whatsoever on this matter is greatly appreciated.
