A few are multis (which don’t help too much), a few don’t have regular internet access at the moment, and a few are still working through the actual story (so have other priorities). We’re certainly capable, but probably not more than once or twice a week.

Even if we were capable of doing so every day, I’d still think it needs a fix. As the game gets more and more crowded, it’ll become more and more an issue of numbers over any real coordination.
