Even When It’s Not A Title. It Absolutely Does Not Make Sense!

I Have To Stop That Now. But Seriously, Why? I’ve Seen People Do That For Entire Paragraphs On Here. Did They Learn That Was What You Were Supposed To Do? Did Their High School Teach Them That? There’s Absoultey No Reason To Do That Unless For A Title. There Just Isn’t.
