one of the reasons the legal system is ****ed up is because many states still use the death penalty

getting rid of the death penalty is a part of fixing the legal system.

in my new suggested model,

the death penalty is only employed when the people WON’T change through the intense therapy

according to what earlier people said, the therapy is extremely potent. That means that the innocent people will be released, since they never committed the crime. The people that are not extremely bad will be changed, and can resume a normal life. Only the truly evil criminals that cannot be changed will be persecuted.

This way, the death penalty is only used in extreme cases, instead of being used for all serious crimes.
