This treatment can be universally applied.

A teenager that kills can be corrected and become a good person later on in life. The same applies for a smaller child, or an adult. This process allows everyone multiple chances at being a good person.

This process is potentially more effective than always using the death penalty. If implemented, it could reduce the number of people that are “wrongfully convicted”.
