purely looking at the damage yeah, but they can only do it sparingly, as opposed to say, camwhores who can constantly do optimal damage. Also the processing power is kinda scarce for hackers, unless you sacrifice attack/defense for it (by equipping pp items).

If their power get nerfed at least the attacks need to be made faster
