While botting gameplay is against the rules I’m not sure that it’s worth the effort to actually do this project. Arktor and a handful of other people managed to script running a few forums but the sheer complexity of doing this without access to the game routines (like ET uses with his test-bots) would be pretty hefty.

I think scripting INCIT would be an easier task and could actually be more funny than most of the submissions (sure they would typically be incomprehensible but that would add to the originality).
