Here’s what I think:

1) Forums should be condensed, first off. I mean srsly, there should be like half as many forums as there are now.

2.) Have a couple forums with unlimited trolling, a few with limited where moderators apply discretion, and a couple with no trolling at all.

I might make this a poll. Is the above not reasonable? The problem I have with the current set-up personally is that the novelty of clever trolling on serious forums is removed. Trolling’s less fun where everyone else’s doing it.
