Just face it ****tard, I proved you wrong and you won’t admit it. Like I said, even if you can change your IP that way, it would still be in the same subnet like xxx.xxx.xxx.yyy, in other words, only a very small part of it would change. And the IPs I saw in the voting logs were randomly distributed.
