Most of these binary translators don’t translate every ASCII character very well. I actually downloaded a hex editor and manually replaced each hex. I Tubmailed him the answer.

And I Tubmailed it to him several hours ago as well, so no point in trying to jump on it now.

but it says to post in the forum how you solved it by de-64ing, inverting the binary, then making it into a rar file.
