I’m not judging. Quite the contrary.

But I’ve been reading a lot of National Geographic lately, and I find it charming that a little girl in a distant war-torn country who may have had to eat her siblings to survive still finds it in her to smile, while in our cul-de-sacs we have young folk cutting themselves because of thier parents.
