I’ve found that increasing Luck does seem to make it more likely to fiend the “one piece” you’re missing… but it’s not a sure thing and seems to have a much greater effect on lower-level forums. It may not actually work that way- maybe I just started noticing getting last pieces after each time I increased luck. Log in to see images! Hard to say for sure.

Keep in mind that at the time my Luck was at 95, so this may only have a noticeable effect in extreme cases.
