Holy ****, it really does have four ****ing tubes. Each plug powers one CCF tube. I slid out one of the backlight bumemblies and saw TWO tubes (side by side) in the enclosure. Amazing how much ****ing light it produces. It’s just sad that most of it is wasted by being blocked in the LCD…
So now I can confidently re-bumemble it and only power one of the two lights in each set, and have an even coating of “meh” to light the screen, until I get those chips Log in to see images! |
