This is probably my favorite also. The first game I played in the SMT group was Digital Devil Saga, but Nocturne is much better.

Yeah, I loved the DDS games too. Nocturne was a lot more customizable, DDS felt more like a ‘traditional’ JRPG. DDS 1&2’s gameplay wasn’t as good, but the overall story was totally worth it. I’m hoping Atlus will actually announce SOMETHING about SMT4 sometime, they’ve had it hanging in obscurity for years now.
