I get kind of the same thing. Mostly when I’m really annoyed at work. I usually have someone rub my shoulders and it helps a lot. After working out the knots my vision and hearing improve dramatically. You should def get a mbumage and stretch your neck and shoulders often when they aren’t locked up.
I used to get migraines a couple times a month. Now I only get them maybe once a year. Log in to see images!
