Here is how it goes.
You can buy fezz.If the fezz is only used for gamlbing you don’t get cheater penalized. Any profits you make. (you have to be up) you can use on your character. So if you deposit 5 bucks for 1000 fezz. You can only withdraw for a non-cheating account anything over 1001 dollars.
