Perhaps it would be a good idea to allow people to change their Perma-Noob into a hacker BEFORE their character has started playing Episode 2. The change would cost BP (maybe 1 or 2 is reasonable).
Evil Trout: With regards to sound, maybe the only thing on FW that should have sound is sTalk. Most IM programs have those default sound bytes that play when users: are messaged; are replying to someone; are approving buddy requests; are adding or have added someone to their buddy list; are blocked by a user.
