Rounds ending at 2am – 6pm – 10am (8 hour cycle) for me, or 2am – 8pm – 2pm – 8am (6 hour cycle.) I’d only realistically be able to participate 1 out of 3 or 4 weeks.

Again players with no life would participate 3 or 4 x as much, effectively giving us a fait accompli before the season starts. Also 3 weeks of no action is long enough to lose a player for good, unless you’ve got other goals to keep them focussed.
