Why bother Posted:

See? This is why I don’t bother. Usually. Because every time I try, someone has to come along and treat me like my parents do, by define upstanding member of societyting everything I do or say.

I slit my wrist.

It didn’t faze her.

That made me ****ed.

So I cried and cried

But no one cared

Even though I tried

My soul to bare.

Why bother? I asked,

When she knocked on my door.

She took me to task

Now I weep evermore.

Wow, that poem really touched me. I locked myself in my room and read it aloud over and over again. Until my parents told me to be quiet since they wanted some “alone” time.

Every time I hear them moaning and groaning, I cut myself. I have many, many scars….
