and i wonder if they will continue to design it as a deliberately underpowered clbum or if they’re going to balance it? i kind of like the challenge so far

Evil Trout has said that permanoob is still a challenge clbum, so it will still be underpowered. A level 20 permanoob will probably become powerful enough to easily defeat Episode 1 forums, though.
