Even though I whored my way to the friend peen, I wouldn’t be opposed to them being completely removed. I wouldn’t like the idea of them being retired though. Particularly since 25% of the Flamebate peen holders picked it up using bots and in klan posts.

Granted, none of it is the intent of the leaderboards, but if they wanted to have things run that way, those peens wouldn’t be bumociated with a leaderboard, they would be awarded the way the Wiki peen is awarded. It’s just that that would take an awful lot of extra time for the admins.

Personally, I think the spreading of the BPs is kind of nice. People like contests and at least there is a reward potential and a fun activity rather than just endless spam.
