How about unlocking an sTalk contact that keeps popping up and bugging the person you bought it for? Or being able to add yourself to their sTalk contacts and have all kinds of prerendered messages you could send (just to keep you from just spamming fine upstanding member of society or some other vulgar crap). Seriously, after the story is done, sTalk is hardly touched anymore. At that point, you’d be better off just having haxl, the_****, or gamblebot just being under the services tab. (a the_**** store could open up all kinds of consumable items, come to think of it..)

how about locking their stalk contacts like drrty cop, some people like to gamble for antifreeze, or use haxl
