I was voting on some madlibs when I saw this entry:

Who here [ i]enjoys[/i] being a victim of credit card fraud? I know I do!

Example: Whhhhhhhhho here [iiiiiii]ennnnjjjjjjjoyyyyyyys[/i] being a victim of credit card fraud? I know I do!

(space added to [i ] to point out the use of a tag).

Point is, the Unintelligencer messed with the italics tag. Should it be aware of BBCode and ignore it? Maybe the text should be parsed before it is pbumed to Unintelligencer, since it already has to be parsed for forumbuildr to make sure the categories aren’t scrambled. Or should people just avoid using BBCode as it is implemented but not meant to be used?
