Some of us are very lazy and have no interest in doing a respec to buy consumables, and frankly I always want my speed build on. I generally don’t play one week on one week off in Dom, I play every week.

I don’t think it’s optimal, but I didn’t think anyone was implying that it was optimal. It’s useful for a player like myself who will randomly buy Smiles at 185 rather than sit on a respec I dislike for 4 days.
