Given the similarity to the behavior of aforementioned school students, I feel a similar manner of dealing with the situation is in order. ‘Detention’ is a common practice that inspires fear into the hearts of such children, I believe that there is a method known as ‘banning’ in this community? The offenders are too numerous and varied to be able to effectively detain them all, it would be like trying to scoop out the ocean using plastic cups. However, I can name a few of the ringleaders I have observed, in the hopes that making an example of them might discourage the rest from continuing their current activities, by severing the hierarchies at their zeniths.
