That’s why I said joined to the raid altogether – if another 6 join, the forums required jumps by 6 for that raid, even if the last 6 leave. It would only be part of an overall solution, and mainly an attempt to add another factor to raids, just to make things a little more interesting.

In the same vein, add another factor – any held forums automatically go back to unheld after a period of 5 minutes, so all 12 (or more) forums have to constantly be retaken, not just Denture Chat over and over.

So by “joined to the raid” you mean that have joined overall, not that are currently joined? That seems solid enough, I guess. Although it might just make it so you get 11 scoops per person instead of 12 scoops per person.
