I think so too. And it’s a poor business move. Advertising a game as being “free to play” and allowing for this is incredibly insulting to the userbase which is shrinking in response. FW simply lacks the depth to require people to pay to compete, and a couple of dozen bucks from Ep 2 beta is not going to change that.
