Although the new level 4 rule for chat/flamebate is good… I still think it gives disruptive people in the community too much power because once you have signed up enough times getting to level 4 doesn’t take long.

It seems there is no control or true ‘permanent’ banning… and disruptive people notice this and kind of make a mockery of it. Log in to see images!
