Step forwards towards the wall (forwards and to the left?), so you are out of its firing arc. Use medkit, edge towards the gap in the wall, hopefully in a way still without making yourself visible to it. When it comes into the gap, put run on, and charge the ****. Close up, they don’t use their firearms, and you’re one brutish thug!

Mithra dives to the side before the captain sees him. Hearing it lumber over to the right, he quickly darts between the openings, stalking his prey. He WILL have that chaingun. Rushing ahead of it, he waits until it walks ahead of him, and then…

Jackpot. For a dead man, it punches pretty hard, but not hard enough. Mithra now possesses a REAL weapon. Testing it out on a nearby demon, he is suitably pleased with the results. He notices two sets of stairs, one fairly normal-looking, and one signposted ‘Hell’s Arena’. He wonders if he should take one of these staircases, or explore the area first…
