The way you communicate with someone online has similarities with the way you communicate face-to-face. Treat others the way you would like to be treated. E.g. DON’T WRITE YOUR MESSAGE IN CAPITAL LETTERS BECAUSE THEY’LL ALL THINK YOU’RE SHOUTING AT THEM. Don’t send mean chat messages, get involved in chat room arguments (flaming) or encourage others to do so.
