I’m also of the opinion that emos got nerfed a little too hard. With 390 ego and 240 tears, the nuke forum used to take me about 4 smileprin. At low health my best emo attack did around 110 damage.

After a respec, I had more offense, 495 ego, and 240 tears. It now takes me 5 smileprin and 2 girlfriend’s cologne to beat the forum. If I’m using my best emo attacks (no bad poetry) it takes me 6-7 attacks to pwn a thread with 25-100/495 ego. My best emo attack no longer goes above 88 damage at lowest health possible.

I think the emo changes would be just fine if the damage bonus at low health hadn’t been nerfed so hard. The new damage totals are okay, but the low ego damage bonus should be put back where it was.

Additionally, I agree that self-mutilate is now basically useless; 2 defense doesn’t seem to make much of a difference and the heal is now less than 50% of a standard nuke forum attack. I’d be okay with an attack that didn’t heal you at all if the defense bonus were higher.
