2) Limit the number of cards a player can hold to something like 5. You’d be forced to use them throughout the week if you wanted to while still being able to do some last-minute ninja-ing, but the impact wouldn’t be a strong in that last minute.

It’s a good idea but I think shields shouldn’t count towards the 5… maybe peeping tom either.
