If wild-****22 and guenwhenever are the same person, and both ‘characters’ log on and confirm that, then yes, guenwhenever, as the Bounty Hunter, would receive 10 BP.

If I logged on and said I was ****+guen, that would be the ONLY proof. Accusations don’t mean ****. Unless of course ET came in and said “identical ips, B&!”
