Gifts look to me like they are generated on a forum-based basis. If you run 12 different forums, you may get about the same amount of Flezz worth of deliveries but not have Marys. If you run a 3- or 4-bar forum 12 times in a row, you might get a Mary or two but not much else.

Doubtful. They are decently expensive for almost no benefit. I guess if you find yourself 15 DB short a lot of the time but are always overkilling threads, it could work. The only time I see this happening is if you’re speedrunning Feces or How Stuff Breaks without wearing your Sealskin.
