False. Both luck and charisma affect your flezz-per-cred rate. The amount of flezz worth of deliveries you get determines quality; if you get over 5k or so flezz worth then you’re guaranteed a Mary.

Edit: If you don’t believe me, play a troll, and run PP 4 times, once with no +charisma, the other with some +charisma glbumes.
